Package says delivered: 

If your package says delivered and you cant find it (not always to the door, check your community mailbox if you have one), you will need to contact Canada Post with your tracking number. Ash and Antler is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

When will I get my order? 

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of us receiving them. We use Canada Post to ship, and it may take up to 8 business days to reach you depending on your location.
